Henri is survived by Her husband of 51 years, John N. Egeland, Jr. of Kailua. Sons, David K. Egeland of Kailua. Daughter, Misty M. L. Kealoha of Maui. Brother, Ernest Foster of Oahu; Sister, Aileen McElhaney of Cleveland, Tennessee. Her beloved grandchildren, Ceekaysha, Carmela, Malialani and Pai’ea Koa of Maui; Makana Tamayo-Egeland of Kailua; Kawena Kealoha of Maui; Aiden Smith of Kailua; Daughter In Law, Melinda N. Tamayo of Oahu; Brother In Law, Franklin Chang of Oahu, Arthur McElhaney of Tennessee. Nieces, Tesia Chang of Oahu, Paula-Beth Deal and Sheri-Ann Hicks of Tennesse Keahi and Lokahi Foster of Oahu. Nephews, Marion McPhail of Tennessee.
Henrietta’s humble and loving heart touched all who had the gracious opportunity to know her. Her patience, acceptance and gentleness were felt by so many throughout her life.

Services will be held at Parker United Methodist Church in Kaneohe onThursdaythe14thofMarch from 10:00am to2pm. Aloha/Casual attire. In lieu of flowers or cards you may donate to your favorite charity. Later, per Henri’s request, she will be cremated, and she asked to be scattered where her brother Pat was, in a private ceremony.
